As you tour properties, your agent will make note of your preferences and point out features that effect resale value. Working from your input, we’ll further tailor your list to only those homes that meet your particular needs and tastes.

Once you find that special place, we’ll walk you step-by-step through the process of making an offer. Once your offer is accepted, we’ll help you set up a home inspection. If any significant problems are found, we’ll help you discuss and resolve these issues with the seller.
